Anna prioritises early and proactive management of aches and pains, and is passionate about empowering her patients in their journey to better health. She uses a range of modalities including massage, joint mobilisation, exercise rehabilitation and pilates, and undertakes extensive training, to ensure that she can continue to offer the most evidence-based treatments to her clients.

Meg completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) at The Southern School of Natural Therapies and is qualified to treat and rehabilitate a vast variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
