GLA:D is an exercise and education program developed for people with hip or knee osteoarthritic symptoms. The program has proven effective in reducing pain by the latest Osteoarthritis research.

The goal of the program is to strengthen your leg muscles, reduce knee or hip pain through exercises, prevent symptom progression and manage osteoarthritis conservatively (avoid surgery).

 

To get started, you will need to:

• Complete an Initial Assessment
• Complete Training and Education Sessions
• Participate in Group Exercise Classes For 6 Weeks, Two Sessions Per Week
