Kate is a physiotherapist who has experience working with people across the lifespan, including children. She has a passion for exercise and is committed to supporting clients to exercise in a meaningful and enjoyable way.
Kate uses a person-centred, affirming and inclusive approach with all clients. She is committed to continuing professional development and delivers evidence-based interventions.
Kate is trained in the GLA:D (exercise for hip and knee osteoarthritis) and Onero programs. She has a background as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer within a gym setting. Kate has her own experience with injury and recovery, which allows her to bring a deep understanding of the biopsychosocial impacts.
Kate is an Onero certified practitioner.

Renee Wills
MyotherapistRenee has worked for more than 12 years as a Myotherapist after completing an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at RMIT in 2004.

Curtis Lee
PhysiotherapistCurtis is a highly qualified physiotherapist who graduated from La Trobe University. He uses a range of manual therapy techniques to address his clients’ specific needs. He also incorporates resistance training and exercise therapy to promote recovery.
